Planning has begun for when next year’s leaders are installed at the 2018 MBUniversity Conference.  As part of its recent strategic planning sessions, the association leadership has identified Four Pillars of Leadership to guide us to continued success.  We want YOU to be a part of MBNA’s evolution.  The Four Pillars of Leadership, led by the four Vice Presidents of MBNA, will consist of Membership Care & Engagement, Member Education, Marketing & Communications, and Advocacy Efforts.  Instead of having committees for committee’s sake, the vice presidents will be given the power to gather peers or form focus groups to solve problems or facilitate programs as needed.
