Advocacy Education Program
Empowering Our Members to Overcome Trade Barriers
At MBNA, we are committed to supporting our members in addressing improper restraints of trade. Our Advocacy Education Program is designed to help you better understand and navigate these challenges through education and connections.
How MBNA Can Help:
- Curating Resources & Providing Education
The MBNA Advocacy Council is actively developing a library of educational resources to help members better understand and navigate local advocacy challenges. By gathering input through our Advocacy Information Form (see below) and leveraging connections with legal and advocacy professionals, we aim to deliver timely and practical tools to support our members.- Here are some helpful resources:
- Fostering Member Connections
MBNA facilitates connections between members facing similar issues at the local level. By bringing members together, we can encourage peer support, share strategies, and strengthen collective understanding.
- Advocacy Reporting & Insight Gathering
MBNA is committed to learning alongside our members. We invite you to share your experiences with trade restraints and related challenges through our Advocacy Information Form. This information helps us identify common issues, connect affected members, and guide the development of relevant resources and connections.
To assist MBNA with providing educational resources, this form gathers essential information such as cemetery information, description of restraint, and steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
A member of the Advocacy Council will reach out withing 10 business days of receiving your information.
Discounted Legal Support:
MBNA has partnered with an attorney who can counsel members directly on restraint of trade issues at a discounted fee. If you are interested in this service, please submit an Advocacy Information Request and indicate you are interested in legal services.
Ways the attorney can help:
