MBNA’s Women in Monument Builders of North America is not a separate organization or an exclusive membership group. There are no additional dues or formal sign-up to become a member.

Instead, WIN is a community within MBNA where women connect, learn, support one another, and build lasting professional relationships.

Participation is what makes you part of WIN. Whether you join the conversation in our Facebook group, attend a webinar or virtual social, or gather with us at the MBNA Annual Convention, you belong. Every woman in the monument industry is welcome, and every perspective adds value to our community.

Our Mission

To develop the talents and abilities of members to the fullest potential through participation in educational, organizational and social activities within the monument industry. To create programs and scholarships to help facilitate that vision where an opportunity does not exist. To provide assistance in accessing these to any MBNA member regardless of gender.
