New MBNA Advocacy Resources to Help Protect Your Business

MBNA’s Advocacy Council continues to develop practical tools that help members navigate challenges and protect their businesses.

Join attorney William (Bill) Statler of Stalter Legal Services, LLC, at 1 PM ET for an overview of newly-created, free resources, including Model Rules for Monument Contractors and a Limited Power of Attorney form, and learn how to use them effectively.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Explain how MBNA’s new advocacy resources to support monument builders in navigating cemetery-related challenges and protecting their business interests.

2. Understand the purpose of the Model Rules for Monument Contractors and how they can be shared with cemeteries as an example of best practices for working with monument builders.

3. Describe how the MBNA Limited Power of Attorney form can help families authorize monument builders to represent them in monument-related matters.

Our Speaker:

Bill Stalter has been representing death care companies and their trust fiduciaries since 1986. In 1999, he established The Preneed Resource Company, a third-party administrator and compliance firm serving funeral homes, cemeteries and fiduciaries with death care accounts in more than twenty states.
